I got a notification that my F1 interview is scheduled, but my status has changed to F3 (but NVC case shows Im F1).

I emailed the NVC about it, but they said the file had already been transferred to the embassy and to take it up with them.

I obviously have to notify the embassy, the question is how long will I have to wait for the F3 interview or do I just go for the F1 interview?

If you go on with the F1 interview you will have trouble petitioning your spouse... Unless u divorce n remarry... F3 interviews wait times are much longer than F1 such a pity you didn't hold on before you married... Call the embassy and let them know what is hapening snd just so we can know what date they have reached can you please tell us your PRiority Date and when the interview was scheduled for?
