I think so too - they should start sending IL's by Monday... one would have thought they should have started sending the IL's from today; because Feb-13 being a shorter month!? but no such luck!

Yes, but interviews will be set for March-13 so next week is fine.

Not exactly. This person did receive an appointment, but her priority date has been current for a few months already. She had some paperwork problems and they finally got to solve them.

i think March visa bulletin will make a huge jump...my reasoning-my case was not completed due to insufficient (no original docs) but they rushed my case and went ahead and completed it and we were told that we could take our originals during the interview at the embassy. I think my PD (which is May 2 2011) is becoming current soon! Hope I am right about this
