Funny.loool. if you're not stressing you can call NVC and extend your waiting time. anyway waiting doesn't make you stress

Lolz..NVC keeps us waiting and then will move the PD date only to 22Nov2010.

F2A PD 9th Feb 2011

Case completed at NVC

Spouse has B2 visitor visa and successfully visited USA twice.

I m so not happy... I called NVC today.. And the CR told me they are working on cases prior to 22 Oct. She rudely told me that for your case the visa number is not available yet. After waiting almost 45 minutes and the machine telling me that NVC takes personal attention for all the calls. The CR on the phone didn't even greeted me, the direct question was Case number please!!

Friends I have some questions regarding I-864, please help!

1. I (the pettioner) have to send AOS package , but my income is not sufficient, so I have to use joint sponsor. My question is - Does the joint sponsor sends his filled I-864 seprate or does he send it to me and I send mine and his I-864 together or either way works?

2. I have been living outside the US for last 10 months (but it is temporary)- Can I still put the US as my Country of Domicile?

3. It is February, but I haven't filed my 2012 Taxes yet - Can I use my last 3 year Taxes (2009, 2010, 2011) or should I go ahead and file my 2012 taxes and use it for my I-864?

Guys just to inform u....Mumbai consulate has uploaded March Interview Schedule.....20 F2A cases r scheduled for Interview. If anyone of u r next waiting for I/L, do check the list by ur BMB case No. and if scheduled contact NVC or Mumbai Embassy.

The dates have clearly retrogressed or stalled. We were supposed to get an interview in March in Mumbai consulate since our PD is 03-NOV-10 and we do not see our case number on the schedule!!

This is ridiculous!??

I'm so sorry to hear that. But it looks as if there's case number BMB2011576015. That's like a 2011 case. Hope that interview list is incomplete and you'll get your I/L in this week!

there are dates from 2012 too on that list and its 22 pages long. ANyone knows if they update the schedules again or this is it?

the Feb schedule is only 3 pages long. They surely could have accommodated more people that month. LAZY #### heartless fu ks
