my husband just had his interview at Manila and he passed it!!

I will see him very soon!!

And today is my interview for naturalization

No IL's yet? This is concerning!...

So weird. Guys 1 of my friends spoke with nvc and his pd is 6 Feb11 and he need to send nvc some papers to complete the case, and officer told him send it as soon as possible, so we can complete your case and we may schedule your interview day on feb 2013 and you will go on your interview on March.so so weird.i don't now why officer told him like this.

Is your friend still in F2A category or converted into IR1? It looks like he/she is the US citizen..please provide more information.

Case completed at NVC

Spouse has B2 visitor visa and successfully visited USA twice.

No his in F2A category. Still have 2 year to apply for naturalization.and its second time they told him same think.i don't no why but he spoke with officer. First time they told him rush because your PD close to become current and second time they told him you may get your IL on Feb and march appointment day.his also confused

I hope sooo. But i was thinking maybe officer told him like this to only rush him, i dont no they can lie or no. And they told him if you are not gonna send us in 30 days you may miss your appointment day

There are two possibilities - this officer may be new, might be confused with IR1 cases, don't know enough or the PD is really going to move forward.

It makes me anxious thinking no one has received ILs yet. Come on folks...don't be so quiet..rock the boat!

Our PD is in Feb 2011 and I just called NVC...and they told me their regular story..working on the cases before 22Oct2010.

Spouse has B2 visitor visa and successfully visited USA twice.
