but damn! if you dont get excited when you see the date change after a few days/weeks/months of nothing happeneing even if they just spill their coffee on it while reaching for a fresh doughnut!

get touched means,USCIS touched your application,for exemple your AOS got touched it means they worked on it that day they did somthing stamped somthing or did somthing.
