Well i really just wanted to share how thankful and excited i am for this waiver being approved. Hopefully less and less families are seperated. Many of us were waiting for this and am happy for everybody :-)

now its just to see how this new form i601a is going to work due to the fact that their wont be anymore extreme hardshi. Will it be harder to get an approved waiver..??? Who knows..!!! If any body has an idea of the new steos to this waiver please comment..thanx...

The hardship exists if the US Citizen has to leave apart from his spouse if she/he is forced to leave the Country, it means the hardship will be always there in case of "forced separation".The provisional waiver will be adjudicated like the regular waiver, the US Citizen must prove hardship leaving the Country to join the spouse abroad. You have to mention the difficulties the US Citizen will face abroad such as language barrier, job opportunity, security issues, financial status, health system, ties with her/his family in the Usa and with the community etc.

I have no idea, but I just filed the I-601A and it has been accepted at the MSC!
