I read a lot if posts about that issue and finally decided to take the advice of one member and just crossed out the 5 and replaced it with a 3. An IO told another member to only count trips after bec

I think there is an issue with this format. First you get inline for the interview and then you get the Interview letter. Am I correct ?

Hi linakalt..dont worry because your diatrict office must be loaded with lots of applications. And its not only you but lots of people. It should be normal not having interview scheduled after 30days of fp done.. Wait for one more week and if nothing happens then take infopass and talk to them... Good luck mite...

Yes... On april18 they put me on schedual for interview but I didnt receive any interview letter till now so I took infopass yesterday and office gave me print out of my interview letter. In your case they didnt put you inline for interview.yet so it means they have many files ahead of you. So dont worry wait one more weak and after take an infopass..

Hi everyone! Passed my interview today at the Santa Ana, CA office! Sooooo relieved it's over! Everything went well, did not have to show any document from the folders I brought along. IO only asked for my green card and ID, not even passport. Our parking ticket showed that we were there for 1 hour 16 minutes total. We figured my interview took less than 20 minutes. smile.png

Ugh, fixing again. I went into the html and cleaned it up as there were a few errors with the transition. I'm attempting to make the chart a bit bigger. It's very small to my eyes.. I'm in my 30s and am having to squint! I've updated the directions as well to reflect the new WYSIWYG text box editor.

Is it me or does the font size=3 looks small for the new upgrade? size=15|16 (15 OR 16) looks great for me. Definitely not small and not too big.. looks about right

Hi forum,

I had my interview on 4/29. I was called about an hour later than when my interview was scheduled.The entire interview took around 15 minutes. The interviewer was pleasant and just asked for my passports, driver's license and green card. She asked questions from my application and then the declarations. She told me to sign my name on the application as it is printed since she couldnt read my name from my signature. Then it was time for the civics questions.

1. Who is the Chief Justice?

2. How many members of Congress?
3. How long do their terms last?
4. When do we elect president?
5. Who is the father of the nation?
6. What is the capital of the nation?

After that she asked my to read and write a sentence. Then she told me that I have passed the civics test and gave me a printed copy saying the same. She told me that I should get a letter in a week to two weeks after a final review and that the oath ceremony should be in the next month or two. She then escorted me back to the waiting area.

on 5/3, my case status was updated to this:
On May 3, 2013, we placed your application in the oath scheduling que. We will send a notice when the ceremony is scheduled.

It's different coding. The font size 3 is a plain html normal size. The size 15/16 is when using the WYSIWYG editor sizing. If we took out all coding sizes, it would probably be great with the new changes to the forums. I think there has always been mention of using a certain size due to the old way when people would quote or copy/paste the old chart and it messing up. I know ours is a bit smaller. If I had edit rights to my post I would have removed all sizing to get the standard size for what was created for the forums. Hope that makes sense. I have to 'fix' these kind of issues all the time in our school system's Blackboard so I was just trying to help. I agree with you though. I've gone to other lists and many of them use different font sizes right now. Hopefully future month's will create a fresh template for themselves.

Hello flipgaIRN just want to tell that I received my oath ceremony letter.its schedule on may 15th at 8.30 am at the US DISTRICT COURT EASTERN DISTRICT 225 CADMAN PLAZA in Brooklyn.thanks.do you know if dramaqueen had her interview,there is not update on her file

Hi poups68! Congratulations on receiving your oath ceremony letter and also thanks for asking. The answer is NO!ranting33va.gif Absolutely nothing! Niente! Nada! It's been over 60 days that my status hasn't changed. Still in line for interview scheduling. I get the feeling that I will be pulling a rare stunt here by being the first who sent his documents and the last who will get his interview and oath letter. Only 6 people in our forum are still waiting for their interview letter to arrive.

Official processing time in NYC is 7.2 months, that puts me into early August 2013 now. The "funny" thing is that applicants from other borrows of NY (like yourself) have received their letters a long time ago. Well, there is nothing I can do before the 90-day period is over and I can (have to) give them a call.
