After took the test in April1. I received e-mail/text notice status changed today :dance:

On April 8, 2013, we placed your application in the oath scheduling que. We will send a notice when the ceremony is scheduled.

this journey is going to be over soon :thumbs:

I think there is an issue with this format. First you get inline for the interview and then you get the Interview letter. Am I correct ?

Journey might be over for some of you, it sure hell isn't for more than half of us here .... It's almost a month (April 11th is a month) with no change. C'mon Los Angeles!

5 minutes ago (like literally) I got an e-mail stating that I had been scheduled for an interview. :dance:

On April 8, 2013, your N400, APPLICATION FOR NATURALIZATION was scheduled for interview. You will receive a notice with a time and place for your interview.....

Another update today at the afternoon !!

On April 8, 2013, we scheduled you for your oath ceremony and sent a notice providing the date, time, and location. :dance:

Congratulations Sambo123!! Isn't it a relief that it's almost over? Wait for another week and watch that status change to scheduled for Oath. I bet you will be having your Oath ceremony on the 23rd. San Francisco has been scheduling them twice a month at the Paramount Theater. I'll be taking mine tomorrow.biggrin.gif

OMG! I just responded to you! Wow!! San Francisco is AWESOME! Congrats Sambo123!! I think you will be at the same Oath as my Hubby on the 23rd!!

FlipgalRN How do you know the Oath ceremony on 23 rd. Did your husband already get the letter?

He didn't get the date yet but should be getting it today or tomorrow. So far the way San Francisco processes the Oath letters it usually is right before an Oath ceremony, so you can pretty much count on the next Oath ceremony as your date. For mine I was placed into the Oath que before the last ceremony in March but was then scheduled to take my Oath the first week of April. Another friend of the family had her Oath 2 weeks after she got her status changed. So you basically wait 2 weeks and you'll be a citizen. At least that's the trend I'm seeing. blush.gif
