I was curious, did your online status change with the interview information prior to you receive the physical letter or did your status remain "ready for interview scheduling" but then you got the interview letter?

I just got an email this morning about our interview which is finally set for March 21st! First day of Spring!

I find it intersting that the appointment came in exactly 2 weeks after hubby had his biometric appointment. I think that whether you do a walkin or not, the appointment gets scheduled 2 weeks from the day you went to the Application Support Center. Of course with an early walkin you actually benefit from getting an early Interview

Yeah just checked our timetime too. We went on Jan 22 and Feb 4 we got our interview letter. So looks like if you want an earlier interview date, try to do a walk-in

Hey guys, how can you get USCIS to notify you by email when you get updates to your case? I saw someone just missed their AOS interview because they never received the interview schedule on the mail. My case does not show yet on the USCIS site so even though I made an account there , I can't request any case updates from my case since it does not appear anywhere at this point.

Give it 2 weeks after you went for biometrics and you might get an interview letter. If not then call the customer service # on I-797C

I read in many forums that Elizabeth is though so I didn't want to waste time for no reason. But if you live close by you can try. Either way your appointment is in 2 weeks

From the trend that i have been seeing, your actual interview date notice should come 2 weeks after when you do your biometrics. It was the case for us and a couple other at least.

I just looked at your timeline. Yes it looks like it will be more than two weeks. Hopefully you will hear back very soon, i would suspect within the next 10 days. Nothing to worry about though, some people's cases were in ready for interview for much much longer. Generally, January filers get a faster processing time than any others so just hang in there, you will get your interview letter very soon.

When we went to Elizabeth last month, they checked the appointment letter for the date. So I don't know if you will have an issue
