On March 12, 2013, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

My ead/ap finally arrived and my greencard is expected tomorrow. Yay! next wed we'll go to the dmv for my new license and to the ss office to change the conditions on my ssn. Ill start work in april.... Im just a few steps away from being a normal human being again :)!

Day 12 - 01/14/2013 received appointment letter for biometrics on 02/01/2013 but completed biometrics the same day

Day 27 - 01/29/2013 received email that our case is ready to be scheduled for an Interview :)

Day 29 - 01/31/2013 received an email that our Interview will be on March 6 2013!!!!!!!!!

Day 33 - 02/04/2013 received hardcopy of interview letter

Day 62 - 03/05/2013 EAD/AP approved

Day 63 - 03/06/2013 scheduled interview appointment - APPROVED

My hubby finally got to do his biometrics today, over a month after his 1st scheduled appointment. Less than 30 min after his appointment, I got a text to check out status online. The card production has already been ordered! We'll be getting it within 30 days. After weeks & weeks of waiting, I can't believe it's happening so fast! Thank God!!

Feb 4: 1st biometrics appointment- attempted 2 unsuccessful early walk-ins. 2nd time told that hubby needed an unexpired passport. Rescheduled biometrics

Mar 14: biometrics completed. EAD card production ordered same day

Mar 19: ready for interview scheduling
