i called again today and was today they dont have any record of my case in their system but i have a friend who looked up my file to see where it is at and said it was received by the NVC yesterday morning..why are they playing games wrrrrrrrrr

Just be patient. You will reach people at the NVC who are rude and don't really care, and you will also reach people who are really nice and are willing to help you. Just keep calling.

I received my I 797 NOA 2 dated Dec. 31, I called Monday Jan. 7.,.,and was greeted by a super nice young man, and told me after I verified all info. that they received our case that morning..,.,.,I was told that petitions like ours (K 1) do not stay there long..,.,and said I should check back each day to see when it leaves NVC to the consulate.,., he was a super young man.,.,.,I expect to have an e mail by Friday that the MNL number has been forwarded to Manila., Raven
