I130 through the California SC

Hi all

Anyone else working through the California SC having delays? Our NOA1 was August 2, 2012. We have heard nothing yet (but are trying reaaaaaaallly hard to be patient). When I look on the US CIS at their processing times, California has now disappeared and we can only see the timelines for I-130s processed at Texas or Vermont.

Submitted 1-130 (US citizen filing for spouse) July 31, 2012

NOA 1 (California SC) August 1, 2012

NOA 2 "Decision" on I130 January 24, 2013

AOS processing fee invoice February 15, 2013

NVC confirmed receipt of all necessary documents March 20, 2013

Requested assistance with interview scheduling from congressman's aide March 28, 2013

Notification for interview March 29, 2013

Interview May 8, 2013

7/23/13-Case complete!

US Embassy

9/4/13-Interview- APPROVED!

9/7/13-Visas on hand

10/27/13-POE: SFO

11/5/13- SSN's received

12/2/13-GC's on hand

US Citizenship soon...

Have you heard ANYTHING about your application? Is there a chance they've moved them to a different service centre or something?

My case went to CSC-NBC-LOCAL OFFICE. I have not heard anything since Sep 4.. I'm close to my 5th month this coming Jan 17 :crying:

USCIS

5/6/13-Case# & IIN recvd

7/23/13-Case complete!

I received my NOA1 on July 23, 2012 and just today (January 7th) received an e-mail that a request for evidence was sent out. Hope that helps.

00/00/2006 --We met...Didn't look good with a mustache

00/00/2009 --We met again and started dating (no mustache)

01/24/2011 --Married

01/15/2012 --Baby Luke Born

07/10/2012 --I-130 Sent

07/23/2012 --NOA1 Priority Date

01/07/2013 --RFE #1

00/00/0000 --A bit of a break. Mother-in-law battling cancer which eventually took her. Very tough time for my wife as she lost her sister just 4 years ago to cancer as well. :-(

03/28/2013 --Response to RFE sent

04/23/2013 --Case Approved!!!
