One of the form, I don't remember which one, asks about if i filed petition for anyone before.

I did, but don't remember the exact dates. Is there a way to retrieve that information from anywhere?

I filed for my father and it was approved and he has a GC.

I also filed for my brother and then i pulled it before it was approved because he already now has a GC.

Thanks,

Yes, you can if you had signed up for case updates in USCIS & had set up your portfolio there. You can also check your older emails to see if you received any email notifications/confirmations for those petitions.good.gif

Thanks for the response and i did not know this website existed when i filed before; a lot of helpful information here.

Problem is; i did not sign up for e-mail notifications and did not create a portfolio.

Since it was my stupidity can i call the USCIS and see if they have any information? I doubt that they will give it to me but I can certainly try.

Go ahead try calling them. They usually ask basic information like birth dates, addresses, phone numbers etc. of both the petitioner & beneficiary.good.gif It might help if you can remember the years the petitions were filed.
