Filed DCF in Jordan from 7-05 to 3-06, Approved for I-R1.

Immigration Free until 2008.

I'm sorry all, I should have posted last last and I just wasn't thinking.

Confirmed, the visa is in his passport, the ticket is purchased and he is scheduled to land at 340 tomorrow afternoon. last night though, we were discusing maybe rescheduling that so just bear with me while I see whats happening tomorrow too.

And I don't want to regret posting this but don't be suprised if I don't make any laundry references for while. I'll spare you the details, but he is sooooo on the couch already til like further notice and I'm not even thinking about it.

Nothing else to report for now

Ok Dawn, we won't push for details now, but I had to explain to Abdel what "on the couch" means. Since ours has lumber piled on it he decided he better be really careful to not get put there.

Good luck and I hope you guys can work through whatever is wrong really quick and get that man off the couch!

Sometime in 2008 - Received 10 year GC. Almost done with USCIS for life inshaAllah! Huzzah!

02/23/09 - Apply for citizenship

06/15/09 - Citizenship interview

07/15/09 - Citizenship ceremony. Alhamdulilah, the US now has another american muslim!

Congratulations Girl !!! God so many of us want to be you right now. I'm going to be a little selfish and sayd "hopefully I'm next !!!" LOL ! As JordanianPrincess pointed out ... I'm sure your "doin laundry" and making up for all the time apart ;) Have fun !! This is the time youve been waiting for like crazy.

Interview- May 18th, 2006 (Success !)

Arrived in the US - May 27, 2006 (our IR-1 visa journey was 2 years and 2 months long)

Wedding - June 17th, 2006

It's a Girl ! Baby Hana's expected due date - March 30th, 2007
