Anyone who has recently completed I-130 process in New Delhi?

Hi all

My husband and I have recently filed our CR-1 application and are waiting as most people are. However, I am just wondering what was the steps after NOA2 in terms of what did you have to do what notices did you get? I know there is info on cr-1 on here but I am just curious to talk to someone who went through this process via new delhi. Whatever you can give us will help me to put it all in perspective a bit more. Met 10/2009Married 9/13/2012 in indiaFiled I-130 12/4/2012Assigned MSC case # 12/6/20122/14/2013 called uscis and on 1/30/2013 case moved from MSC to Chicago local office.4/17/2013 letter from senator durbin's office that a inquiry will be made on my case and to allow 30-60 days6/7/2013 NOA2 !!!!! while I am visiting my baby!!!!7/12/2013 letter from senator and copy of USCIS email to them stated our case heading to NVC 7/23/2013 NVC # assigned!!!!!!7/25/2013 called for Invoice identification number and had them add yash's email( Yash sent DS3032 via email nex day)7/29/2013 rec'd email from NVC with DS3032 and AOS invoice, paid today $88 mailed hardcopy of DS 30328/1/2013 AOS pkg mail via fed ex8/6/2013 AOS rec'd @NVC8/12/2013 DS3032 accepted IV invoiced8/15/2013 IV fed ex'd9/9/13 dreaded checklist asking for DS260 b/c DS230 obsolete<p>9/11/13 electronic submission of DS260 accepted
9/17/2013 called NVC case was completed as of today

10/1/2013 rec'd interview letter and date!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

11/4/2013 INTERVIEW

RESULT....APPROVED!!!

11/12/2013 email to pick up visa!!!

09/09/15-12/2016 ROC +interview= appproved in over a year

12/21/2016 fedex'd N-400 application and per fedex was rec'd

yer doing the I-130 petition through the National Benefits Center, not New Delhi.

So you'll have NVC document intake, later, for the CR-1 visa application.

Ultimately, there's an interview for an immigrant visa in New Delhi.

Have you reviewed the India portal this week or last?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Ok I guess I phrased the question wrong.. I wanted to talk to someone whose interview was through New Delhi for CR-1, actually i was about to look through potal for india just now but I thought this may be quicker;)

well, it can seem quicker - you know - you post a question, then someone quickly answers you...

if yer lucky.

However - back at yer portal, train yer eyes left and down, click on 'IR-1/CR-1' and then click on 'interview date' on the sort carat -

then you can see everywhere who interviewed in India .

You'll have to study a bit to get New Delhi, but it's soooo worth it. (to do your own research with data supplied by others who went before you)
