i was gone to submit the docs (packet 3.5 form) (k1 visa) for further process at american express but guy there told me that i have not got covering letter having ISL number. But ISL number printed on I-134 instead of having covering letter. note that i have not received packet 3.5 or may be deleted the email of the same but downloaded all forms through web on the advice of consultant in US. please advice how can i get this packet 3.5 on email if it is deleted mistakenly. can i submit docs to US embassy without having covering letter. my petition i-29f will be expired on 25 jan 2013.
