hello howz everyone...

I have got all documents and forms to be sent to US embassy (mentioned below) but need little confirmation before sending.

DS 156 (2 copies) - DS 156 K - DS 157 (1 copy) - DS 230 part 1 only (1 copy) - Parents’ information form

I-134 (included supportive documents) - Police certificate - Original birth certificate - 2 Visa photos (2 x 2)

Passport Photocopy.

Do i need to provide other documents or above docs are sufficient.

Please note I am from PAKISTAN.

there are the only documents,if u ever stay outside the pakistan for six month then that country police certificate require also,only these doc and american express will take eight hundred fifty rupee services charges only,send these all soon then u will got early date for interview

You need to provide them chatting, Phone bills, Photos etc also..

Mine they took RS 1500 speedex in Peshawar for K1 paper work

above documents are sufficient.....! u r talking about packet 3.5 right? if yes then above are sufficient...!

hey hey hey 1 more thing u have to stamp ur police certificate from foreign affairs ....!and birthcertificate 2.....!
