Delhi Pickup Or Deliver?

We finally got contact back from the Delhi embassy.

It says we are missing a document from the 864 petitioner.

They are sending a 221g letter requesting the document and the passport to the OFC. (offsite facility center).

SOOOO my question is do we PICKUP from the OFC (blue dart location) or will they deliver this to our house? My father went to pickup from blue dart, but they said they only get passports. so we are confused .....

has anyone ever picked up papers from blue dart?

has anyone ever had any papers delivered from blue dart?

Yes! They send 221g letter thru BlueDart! Will deliver at your mailing address.

actually we picked up both letter and passport AT THE PICKUP LOCATION. they didnt send anything to the house.
