Yes! I got my approval today around 7:30pm :dance: I am so happy!!

Keep the faith! Your time will come soon as well...I felt hopeless today and this news definitely changed my life!!

Hi there, NOA 1 2012-07-19 here. Similar story to everyone. Have been back and forth with Senator, called service center etc. I am just trying to extrapolate out...

Oct 30 showed thru May 21

Nov 30 showed thru May 28

Jan 17 has a June 11 approval. So we are about 3-4 weeks to get through 1 week of NOA 1 dates. At that pace those with an NOA 1 of Aug 14, 2012 (just before the distibution to NBC and field offices) should expect approval at about August 2013, about 12 months processing time. I dearly hope this is not the case and that VSC speeds up their trend line. Please keep the updates coming to see how things are going.

Meanwhile, September and October filers that went to NBC are approved already. Amazing.

Couple of people who filed after July got approved.

Did you note when they were approved? They were probably approved earlier than many other people, right? Expedites and flukes occur in the immigration process. There was also a time when beneficiaries who lived overseas with their USC spouses were auto-expedited randomly.

Only a few were approved. They were approved early, too. These are probably flukes or expedites. You can't conclude that they skipped June based on that.

All I-130 apps sent to VSC after Aug 15th are going to NBC or field offices which have an average approval turnaround of 3 months.

VSC is slow. That's why they sent I-130 apps received after Aug 15, 2012 to other offices.
