Hi guys, just had a question in regards to the documents we need to bring to the Adjust. of Status interview. In my case I'm the US citizen and my fiancee is from Venezuela. We haven't gotten up to this step, but I'm planning ahead. This is my question- When we have to show bills, our lease, insurance forms, etc. in both my name and my fiancee's name, does my fiancee's name have to appear as her maiden name? Or as her married name (with my last name) on all the bills and documents? Does it matter?

Also, is it necessary for my fiancee to have a Driver's license to show during the interview?

Thanks,

Luis

Which ever name that you legally choose on your marriage certificate.

As for drivers license, many people don't have one, all your wife will need for ID is her passport.
