After case complete at NVC, approximately how long is it currently taking to get an interview date scheduled in Manila? I'm hoping to have my case completed by mid-February, and am planning to go back to Philippines in April for my 1 year anniversary with my wife. I really want to go to her visa interview also..

You can attend the interview in Manila. If you are approved in the middle of the month you won't likely be assigned an interview date until the first or second week of the next month for an interview in the month after that if you are filing for a CR-1. So if you don't expect to be approved until mid-February you may not be assigned an interview date until early March for an April interview.

If you are getting a K-1 you can schedule your own interview as soon as the NVC assigns you a MNL case number.

Got a completed case by November 27th and was assigned a January 4th interview date. So that's about 6 weeks in-between case completion and interview date. But with regard to the interview date notice, we got the email a day after learning we got a case complete.

Hope the timing of your case goes in-sync with your plans!
