Interview day for parents! Help!!!!

Hello to all,

My parents will be having their interview at the Manila Embassy this Friday. I am hoping to get an idea of questions they usually give.

Got this from one of the previous threads here. One member posted the parent's interview experience at USEM:

just want to share the good news!!!

my mom and my dad got their US VISA approved already!!! I called them last night after their interview and they said, the Consular Officer only asked them 4 questions:

1) Where does your petitioner lives?

2) What kind of work does she do?/what job?

3) How many kids does she have?

4) Have you seen her kids already?

That was it....then after the interview, the Consular Officer said something like "I see no problem with your application, your visa is approved"

yay!!!

Good luck on your parents interview!:-) I also wanted to ask how long did it took from the filing date to the approval? and where did you file? CSC or VSC? Thanks

Thanks for replying. I sent the application feb 21st and was approved after 4 months.

Hi! So sorry for replying late. I got busy these past few days. I filed at CSC on Feb 21st and was approved after 5 months.

hi eunice question how LONG it will takes after mail back the signed DS-3032 at nvc? thanks.
