I work for the Department of Defense as a Navy Civilian. Do I need an employment letter or can I just submit my most recent SF-50, Notification of Personnel Action, which lists everything about my employment on it, including my start date, pay grade, work location, etc. ?

This is in reference to my Affidavit of Support package.

You should be able to get an employment verification letter through online personel center that includes everything on letterhead...send it to yourself and print...in just minutes.
