Hi, Guys
I got an RFE for my daughter's application o 07/27. USCIS sent my a copy of the form, my husband must to sign it. We did not the first time because I talked with customer services line and they said the only sign it requiered was my daughter, she was 19 in that moment.
Today I am going to send back the paper.

Hello all - I am a first time poster on this thread. I am a January 2013 ROC filer for VSC (we are based in New York). So far complete radio silence since my biometrics (which was in end of last January). I noticed that a lot of VSC filers here are getting approved so I'm starting to get concerned/nervous. I have checked my status online on the USCIS website and it is still in the "Initial Review" stage. I have not gotten any RFE notice as far as I'm aware

Should I be concerned? What next steps should I take to move my case forward/who should I call?

VSC filer:

Jan 3, 2013: Sent Package

Jan 4, 2013: Package arrived
Jan 7: NOA1 Date
Jan 11: NOA1 Arrives in Mail
Jan 16: Biom Appt Letter arrives in mail (notice as of 1/14/13)

Hello all - I am a first time poster on this thread. I am a January 2013 ROC filer for VSC (we are based in New York). So far complete radio silence since my biometrics (which was in end of last January). I noticed that a lot of VSC filers here are getting approved so I'm starting to get concerned/nervous. I have checked my status online on the USCIS website and it is still in the "Initial Review" stage. I have not gotten any RFE notice as far as I'm aware

Should I be concerned? What next steps should I take to move my case forward/who should I call?

Jan 3, 2013: Sent Package

Jan 4, 2013: Package arrived
Jan 7: NOA1 Date
Jan 11: NOA1 Arrives in Mail
Jan 16: Biom Appt Letter arrives in mail (notice as of 1/14/13)
Jan 31: Walk in biometrics

We finally sent in the packet a week ago (Been so busy with our current pregnancy it's been hard finding more evidence). Could someone update the list to have my RFE on the date of 6/7.

Question for those of you who looked up your status online where did you go to look at this. I have my Biometrics reciept number but am looking to find the site.

Did you get notification via snail mail that your card was being printed? Thank you all and congrats to those who have gotten their cards!

Hi Everyone,

Wondering if many others are still waiting to hear from USCIS about their ROC. We submitted our application on January 21st (timeline in signature below), first biometrics was in February, and then they requested another one on August 8th, which when I went to, it seemed like they had no idea I had been there before. Again my biometrics failed and we still haven't hear anything from them.

Has this happened to anyone else? is anyone still waiting 7+ months on with no word ?

K1 timeline
- K1- I-129F filed.....09/December/2009
POE: New York.....23/June/2010- temporary employment stamped into passport
GOT MARRIED =) .....04/August/2010

AOS timeline
- Filed AOS,EAD, and AP all together.....11/September/2010
- EAD received .... 11/November/2010
- AP in hand 14/December/2010
- AOS approved 01/April/2011
- Greencard in hand 09/April/2011

Removing Conditions

- Filed I-751..... 21/January/2013

- Received NOA- Conditional Status extended for one year.....28/January/2013

- NOA failed Biometrics - re-scheduled for a 2nd time in August (GRRRR).....15/July/2013

- 2nd Biometrics.....08/August/2013

- RFE-Fingerprints non-readable TWICE -need to provide police clearances......17/October/2013

- APPROVED- Finally- no interview, or further RFE's. Submitted request through Ombudsman early January. Approval 15/January/2014

Hi Bibi & Beebti,

My case was untouched for 6 months and I called immediately after I reached the 6 months point, and I asked for a Tier 2 Representative ( I did pester them for 3 days, by calling everyday, and telling the initial person that picked up the phone that I was never connected to Tier 2, even though I was, until I got one of the 3 Tier 2s to do something). They sent my file to a local office and I went for a wasteful 5 mins interview with my husband. I got an approval letter right there and I-555 stamp (or something of that nature) on my passport.

So keep calling until someone is able to help. Good luck
