When they have an appointment bio for me they are going to send it by mail.

Hi Nana, I had issues in not receiving my NOA and Bio letters, which turned out to be lost in the mail!

I would call USCIS again and let them recheck if the Bio letter was sent. I called several times and the agents kept saying that I haven't been sent anything. I kept calling until one of the agents said that I missed my Bio appointment that was scheduled 1 month ago! I explained the whole story and they sent me another Bio letter, which I received within 3 days!

I know you might be placed on hold for 30-40min but I think it's worth another call and insist on the agent to check if the Bio letter was sent.

08-21-2014: Application Sent

08-23-2014: Application Received

08-25-2014: Priority Date

08-28-2014: Check/Money Order Cashed

09-05-2014: Biometrics Letter Sent Date

I just received a text from USCIS saying that my status has been updated. I signed-in to my account and it says: "On May 30, 2013, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

We're so excited!

Is May 30 the "Approved" date to update the list?

100%. Having not received my NOA-1 & Bio letters was a concern - things didn't look good at at the time. USCIS might be trying to make up for what they put me through!

Having filed late in January, your NOA-1 date could be either late Jan or early Feb. Did you file at VSC or CSC? VSC seems to be moving faster lately.
