I wouldn't worry too much. You've done your part correctly, I assume. If something was wrong you'd get a RFE, or similar notice. Since you've filed in the correct window of time I can't imagine there is any danger of Removal Proceedings. Just wait the 30 days and call again, if your NOA is not received.

I have a feeling something has gone wrong with my NOA1! What could it be? It just doesn't make sense and when I called USCIS they said it might take up to 30 days... Well if I have to wait 30 days my GC would've expired, so would my driver's license etc...

Column title is little confusing, but there is a description in how to update instruction below list :)

NOA Date = The Receipt Date on your original NOA letter

I had the same question as I have already told them that despite the description the time table titles are a bit misleading.

Thanks for the early walk-in bio advice. Because I have an 18 month old doing anything spur of the moment is a nuisance so I'll stick to our scheduled date.

For all the January filers, i think we are on the waiting line to hear something from USCIS till the Month of May or June. That is a good game. But i am getting ready to send my N-400 in November 11,2013 but am little worried since i got trips outside of US and one of them i stayed outside for about 207 days but i am still living to my US citizen, happily married and have a Daughter together. I am planing too get an other trip in August and i will be outside of US for 4 month's and 23 days and my total days outside of US would be 422 days outside of US. I don't know if i should hire a Lawyer or if i would have enough evidence to provide to USCIS as proof that i still tight my continuous resident in US. The reason why i spent those days outside of US is that i enroll to medical school in Dominican Republic and me and my wife still paying for my schooling and i don"t know if USCIS will understand that. I have a pending I-751 . I need lots of advice from you guy's !!

You should check the USCIS website and Citizenship Forums here

There are three requirements for qualification and in my opinion no lawyer would be able to waive these, you'll just have to wait if you dont meet any of these

(1) Married to USC for 3 years

(2) LPR for 3 years

(3) Physical presence in the US for eighteen months within the three year period before applying - 422 days outside means 22 months in US so you should be fine - I think

In December 2013, can't wait. I-751 is just a filler, a rather important one :)

Awesome, maybe i will send mine same time like yours. My earlier date is November 11, 2013. I can't wait either because i don't like those immigration stuff and i hate having reentry permit, Since i am studying Medicine abroad i will have to spend lots of days outside of US, so i can't wait to have my Citizenship. So beside the form N-400 and fees, what documents are you planning to submit with the form at the same time to USCIS? Because i think as much as we submit more document as evidence and i think that we have better chance to be succeeded at USCIS.
