For the AOS, you should really start by reading the instructions as they're very helpful : http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3197.html.

The sponsor's income has to be included anyway.

If you intend to use the immigrant's revenue, then you can only use it if it will continue in the US.

You household includes: spouse, dependents, people sponsored now or in the past, wherever they live.

Not sure about the ds-230 though...

Haha I really did, I also filled the co sponsor form. And thank you for your help!

So, my wife's spanish income should be counted? thanks again

I feel like everybody is confused because of the difference between the sponsor's criteria and the immigrant's criteria.

For the sponsor, it doesn't specify anything, just to add current revenue. So I think the general consensus is to just follow the instructions, not to guess and try to do the work for NVC.

CR-1 Spouse Visa, Filled abroad (I am the Beneficiary / Applicant)

February 25: AOS and IV delivered to NVC

March 13: Case complete
April 3: Interview - Visa approved - USCIS Immigrant Fee paid

May: POE (Dallas Fort Worth Airport)

2015 REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS

February 18: NOA I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence

March 18: Biometrics appointment

Yes you are right on this part.

I guess we will type the spanish income and in the company specify that it is a spanish one. Now I´m wondering if we should include the spanish pay stubs, even if it will not be counting!

I just received an answer from the spanish consulate.

They said to count the actual household size as you said. BUT, the income should be 0,00 since the salary will not be maintained in the US.

In the other side, DS-230 should state as "none", since my kid is already a citzen
