Does this mean that it's been sent/received at NVC or is it getting ready to be sent, or are they just trying to get my hopes up?

Yeah, they always say that. when NVC received my case, i called every single day until they finally gave me my case number. Lol. goodluck. hope you get yours soon. :)

By the time you get a reply on your email, you would have probably gotten your case number already.

Hi! My husband called them yesterday, and yeah, they said to please wait from 10-15 days. :(

He will call again tomorrow or friday, since we think will be the same story, and like you say it takes about 20min on hold. BUT also we wanna confirm the date when they received it, since the first time he called he was told that they received it on Jan 21st, and now they say it was Jan 23rd :bonk: hehe

Good luck!!!

Using the DS 3032 email template, I emailed the NVC my DS 3032 yesterday but today I received an email from NVC with the DS 3032 attached asking me to complete, sign and return it to them... should I do this or wait for my email to be accepted?

Nah, this is normal, part of the 'ds-3032 kit' that is emailed out.

Don't sweat it, usually.

Some people learn, though, that they sent in the email version of the ds-3032 too soon, and NVC simply wasn't listening for it.

If you have no IV Fee bill within 3 weeks, IMO, there was no DS-3032 found, so it wasn't added to the casefile.

IV Fee bill is generated when the DS-3032 is added to the casefile, so that's really going to be your only visual indication of what's what.

Is OK to resend that DS-3032 email thingie AFTER the ds-3032 kit shows up in email - no worries there, don't need to wait on some other visual clue, just send it.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
