The "package 3" for us is the interview letter. So after case complete when u get interview letter that's what it means cuz it will have specific instructions for your interview experience.

Almost there. ;)

Hi

I'm waiting that NVC accept ds 3032

send it from my email (I am the beneficiary) on 01/17/2013

but I made a small mistake by writing the address of petitioner

I used the template and attach the ds-3032

at the template I wrote the exact address but on the ds-3032! NO! instead of writing millridge, I wrote millrigde

ncv can send me a checklist??

Uh, really? That would be the FIRST time I've ever heard of that then. Are you sure you followed the email template exactly? The only reason I've seen people get their emailed DS-3032 denied is because it was too early.

When I called they stated the reason it was denied was due to it not being signed.

Saylinn, looking at your gorgeous spreadsheet, do you suppose the more recent lengthy NVC dates have to do with the holidays? It seems like before that, people were getting their case number in about two to two and a half weeks from NOA2. But even last year, NOA2s in mid December didnt get their case numbers for a month.

Coincidence? Slow mail? Office closings? Perfect storm?

I know it comes when it comes but for now, I get to look at this spreadsheet and hypothesize!

Well the template you can't sign so that makes no sense why they would deny.

Did you by chance email/scanned the actual DS-3032 into an email?

Have you resent the template exactly like the guide states?

Tax returns are 1040s. Those are the forms you fill out and send to the IRS. The tax transcripts are basically an overview of your submitted 1040, along with any corrections, if applicable, the IRS may have made.

Saylin,

I am back filling the last 3 years. Should I send only 1040s + W2 + letter of employment + last 6 months worth of paystubs?

Or Do I need to send the Tax Transcripts as well?

The instruction package is the instructions you get from NVC about the DS-230/IV package. It looks like this (scanned pictures of mine): http://s128.beta.photobucket.com/user/smurf47/library/Immigration/NVC%20DS-230%20email

The "package 3" for us is the interview letter. So after case complete when u get interview letter that's what it means cuz it will have specific instructions for your interview experience.

Almost there. ;)

Actually the interview letter is part of Package 4. Package 3 is for K1 applicants only, and it's basically a combination of the AOS and IV packages, but with slightly different forms.

When I called they stated the reason it was denied was due to it not being signed.

Did you attach a blank DS-3032 or something? There's obviously no signing with the email template...

Definitely yes to the holidays. Plus, there's always ups and downs in reference to backlog. And there's always the occasional shut down for a day due to weather. Even one day being closed causes a massive backlog.

I am back filling the last 3 years. Should I send only 1040s + W2 + letter of employment + last 6 months worth of paystubs?

Or Do I need to send the Tax Transcripts as well?

If you can get the tax transcripts in time, that would be the BEST option. If not, you'll have to send copies of EVERYTHING you submitted to the IRS.

There was nothing attached to the original 2 emails sent, that were subsequently denied. The template was filled out correctly and sent as it should, might have my wife forward me what she sent so I can go over it but I trust she did it correctly.

We ended up having to print, sign, scan, and email the 3032 form they sent us and we are currently awaiting a response to see if they have a problem with it.
