HI guys,

I got the emails from NVC today that I can pay the AOS fee and hand in the DS-3032 form. I don't know if I should email the form or mail the physical form to NVC from Singapore (Take around 7-10 days to arrive to the U.S.). How long does it take to know that NVC receive the form when I email it and mail it respectively? Any suggestions? Thanks!

Definitely email the DS-3032. It'll take less time to get approved than if you mail it.

And when can I mail AOS package to NVC? after I pay the AOS fee or after I pay IV fee? Thanks!

You can only mail the AOS package after the AOS bill appears as paid in the payment portal.

Hmmm I think it looks good!!

not the amounts, but the proof.

What proof you have ?

remember, 'current annual income' isn't recorded in tax records yet.

It's a PITA at the moment, as he has 2012 and 2013 current annual income to addres at the IV unit.

Sure, there was NVC intake, but that was on 2012.

I'm not trying to be alarmist, but what will you show at the interview, for 2013 current annual income, when asked for it?

Usually this can be an employment letter or paystubs or both.

2012 current annual income is easy - just the employment letter and the last checkstub / paystub / electronic record for the year, last paydate in December, as the Year-To-Date amounts are all there.

Good Luck !

I don't have a problem waiting.

I've been married to my husband for 2+ years and see him almost every day.

I just don't feel comfortable with what seems like misplaced cases all of the time.

I've seen an influx of people saying their cases were sent places they shouldn't be and had to file requests to have them searched for, more or less.

THAT is what makes me uncomfortable.
