OOOO I see it now saylin thanks, Dealing with twin 6 month olds and being near sighted doesn't helps .....and I over looked your beginning post dear innocent.gif So no need for sarcasm this way....huh.gif

did he email the DS 3032 yet? do it nowish cos you really have to be proactive with NVC in a sweet way to get things moving( if you are in a hurry like me).

even though I knew how the NVC timeline worked, I still called them up and innocently asked why I cant pay the AOS bill yet and the site says to contact NVC, the lady explained " thats because we have not sent you the invoice yet so give it couple of days". the same day, i got invoiced. Same with the DS 3032, we emailed it 01/09 and again on 01/11. I know this takes couple of days but I could be impatient and I called and was given the wait 10-15 business days but same day 01/14, we emailed another one with "supervisor review" in the subject line and that got accepted next day. soon as i saw that I called 'wondering' why I cant pay the IV bill since our DS 3032 has been accepted and yet again was given the 20 days speech. next day IV bill was invoiced.

GOD has been WONDERFUL!!!

I can't remember exactly, but there's some kind of criteria before you can post on topics. Has he confirmed his account and everything?

Okay thanks passed it on.

**Update on DS-230 package:Good news good news. Well I just called NVC about my DS-230 package and they reviewed it today and like they said I will get a checklist for the missing documents that they say they need to case complete.

However the good news is the man gave me a tip and told me to forget about the waiver they will never approve that, what I need to do is write them a letter saying the missing documents they request (and list them by name) can not be obtained. The NVC will accept that and give up, Case complete and have the person deal with the embassy. To bring the documents to embassy and everythig will be right as rain.

So he instructed me to write the letter and print off another bar-coded cover sheet and send to them.

I am so thrilled. So just a delay no denial wooo whooo progress.

NVC doesn't have the authority to approve or deny cases. They're just a document intake portion of the entire process. So there would never have been a denial. I've seen plenty of cases where people couldn't produce a document, so upon request, NVC would close the case and send it to the embassy, instructing them to bring it to the interview.

Okay I know I probably asked this again but you guys are going to have to bare with me an answer again if I did :P ...so I just keep calling NVC to see if the AOS was accepted right? How will I know if it wasn't accepted?

Yes, you keep calling. Once it's been reviewed and logged in the system, the operator will be able to tell you if it's been accepted or not. Ultimately, if it wasn't accepted, you'll receive a checklist for what was missing/incorrect.
