You mean you can access the portal now not that you are invoiced? Or what?

Your AOS should be invoiced if not already any day now. The IV BILL is tied to the DS-3032. Since you just sent that you have about 10 to 14 days for reviewed. You will get the email saying to pay your IV BILL when invoiced same with AOS Bill.

**Keep your eyes on that portal for that AOS bill. It should be there any day now.

Get ready, get ready, get ready.

ah ah thank you Debbie yes I can access the "invoice" part but can't pay the $88 dollars b/c of the IV bill not being ready...ok so still waiting then I didn't understand what was going on but I do now...but at least I am getting closer!

The AOS and IV BILL are totally separate paths. AOS will show up any minute/day since you have case# number.

You just send DS-3032 today so once thats accepted (Oh 10 to 14 days from now) your IV BILL will be invoiced.

But you can for sure pay AOS once it appears and send that in. many of us have AOS sent and accepted before we get IV BILL invoiced.

If you're not using IE, then it may not work.

Remember everyone, the payment portal is designed specifically for IE. The programmers (for whatever stupid reason headbonk.gif) don't care if it works or not in any other browser.

Looking at my spreadsheet, you'll probably get your number in about 2 weeks. While you're waiting, are you reviewing the two completed packages every single day to see if you can catch any possible errors?

Yes, now you have to send the originals/certified copies. They'll then get sent to the embassy after your interview is scheduled along with the other forms and documents. At the interview, they'll return them to you, as long as you provided copies for them to keep for their own records

Sending originals of what went to USCIS, into NVC, is not needed.

Petitioner's documents sent in to USCIS with I-130 submittal - photocopies were sufficient, but IV unit wants to see originals on interview day - no need to send in Petitioner's Documents at the NVC stage.

See what I mean about confusing lol. I'll just wait for the interview, for now I'll only send what NVC specifically requires...if they want to send a checklist, they can go ahead...

09/14/2012: Sent I-130
10/04/2012: NOA1 Received
12/11/2012: NOA2 Received
12/18/2012: NVC Received Case

01/18/2013: DS-3032 Accepted; Received IV Bill
01/23/2013: Paid I-864 Bill; Paid IV Bill
02/05/2013: IV Package Sent
02/18/2013: AOS Package Sent
03/22/2013: Case complete
05/06/2013: Interview Scheduled

06/05/2013: Visa issued!

06/28/2013: VISA RECEIVED

07/09/2013: POE - EWR. Went super fast and easy. 5 minutes of waiting and then just a signature and finger print.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
05/06/2016: One month late - overnighted form N-400.
06/01/2016: Original Biometrics appointment, had to reschedule due to being away.
07/01/2016: Biometrics Completed.
08/17/2016: Interview scheduled & approved.
09/16/2016: Scheduled oath ceremony.
09/16/2016: THE END - 4 year long process all done!
I believe darnell is saying in the first line that originals of EVERYTHING are not needed.
Then he goes on to say there's no need to send originals of PETITIONERS documents.
However, then you cut out this part:
NVC has a requirement of 'originals or certified copies (certified by the issuing authority) plus a photocopy', on the Beneficiary's documents sent in with the DS-230, with the exception of the police clearance certificate (original is sufficient, and it's what is usually sent)
I cut that out because I already know it. Where my confusion was was petitioner documents, and bona fide documents. Some places said to send originals of EVERYTHING you sent to USCIS before, meaning those too. From what I understand, it is not needed. All that is needed is the beneficiary originals+photocopies, and the AOS stuff.
