Hola all,

We are feeling so much better now that we have contact with you guys. Knowing that one is not alone is so very important!!! We filed DCF in Calgary last month. Last week, Montreal sent a request for MY legal status in Canada, so I sent them copies of my work permit and DH's study permit (he is the USC).

Anyways, here's our questions du jour. Can we (I) begin applying for the RCMP police certificates before getting the in-famous packet 3? Also, we will have joint sponsor as our Canadian income does not qualify, yada yada yada. Can the joint sponsor being gathering his IRS filings and stuff? We would love to have pretty much everything ready for when the Montreal gods send us packet 3.

Thanks bunches, L&B.
