I am planning to mail my wife I751 along with supporting documents exactly 90 days prior to my wife green cards expires which is January 14, 2013, but my main concern is the form I used will expire on 1/31/2013 is USCIS question and asking me to redu the forms when the revisions comes out? I am hoping they will considering since it mailed to them prior to expiration.

G/C expire 4/13/2013 and mailing it 1/14/2013.

You send it, first because you are sending it before the expiration date of the form second USCIS will update the date on it, they won't tell you nothing about it. Good luck

The date you are looking at is a function of the office of management and business (OMB) which does all the document management for the US government. They issue a form and put and "expiration" date on it per there SOP (standard operating procedures). It is up to teh government agency using the for to update it before it expires. The government agency can also accept other form versions (those forms with older expiration dates). As long as the form cme from the USCIS website and youhave check that that version is accepted then the "expiration" date is meaningless. Where yo run into problems is if you download a form froma website that say expired in 2007 and the USCIS will only accept forms from 2009 and later. Then you are using an expired form as the USCIS no longer accepts the version you submitted. Plus you will submit the application a couple of weeks before this version is set to expire anyway, so I do not see any probelms at all.

Good luck,

Dave
