Hi there. I filed an I-130 for my husband who is in Canada. Was told my case was moved around bunches but steadily the ISO's have been telling me my case is at CSC now. My question is anyone else with the same type of case at CSC? checking the processing time for CSC on the uscis.gov website does not even have the option under their processing i-130s for me to even check what case they are working on. Im having to call in constantly to find out current case date. I was told today they are processing July 4th cases last it was updated. Im a Us Citizen filing for a spouse. Just wondered if anyone else was in the same boat of oddness.

What I was trying to say I think is every case I see at CSC is a K-1 or such visa and Im not filing for that so Im confused as to why Im there >.< AND wondered if anyone else was in the same situation
