wHICH ARE REQUIRED FOR HER 14 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER FILLING AT SAME TIME?

Check out these AOS tip sheets (from the GUIDES) and this AOS thread (from the AOS Family-based Visas forum):

I found the most of the necessary information from those links. It got a bit expensive for me filing for my wife and 19yo stepson….. but hey, it was worth it in the end!

Good luck and Happy New Year!!!

It's looking to me like I need 485$ for the I-485 and then an addition 85$ for mom and 85$ for daughter which comes to a grand total of 1155$.

Someone please correct if I'm wrong.

1155$ :crying:

Here is the USCIS link for the I-485, delineating the fees.

I told you it got expensive, for me it was: $1070 x 2 = $2140. Yep, I sent in one check for $2140. The relative merits of writing one check or two is discussed in one of the previously mentioned links. We applied for everything, AOS, AP, EAD…same price/person.

Happy New Year!
