Happy New Year Everybody, I hope this year brings peace and happiness to everyone,i appreciate your help in advance

My first question:

what is the best way to send DS-3032 form to NVC :

1.via express mailing

2.via beneficiary' E-mail adress (following the E-mail template in VJ wiki

My second question :

I was looking at e-mail template , It doesn't require a signature from beneficiary. I assume when responding via email a signature isn't required?? am right?

thank you

Be sure the NVC has the correct email addresses on file for both the petitioner and the beneficiary - I am sure that's how you get around the signature. You can call them to make sure they have your email addresses.

Staying strong and patient in love and faith!

Both way has proven to be effective. Sending it using Email had shown to be the fastest, Although lately it has reported by VJ members that NVC has taken long time to respond when DS3032 has been sent via email because it ends up in their Spam mail. So, really it is up to your discretion. Personnaly, I would go with the Express mail to make sure that it was received and have proof of that.

Please update your timeline.

Thank and Happy New Year to you as well.

ANS#1: I would recommend you to send it through beneficiary's email as its the fastest way. I followed VJ template and my DS-3032 was accepted in few days. Just make sure you call NVC first and have them put the beneficiary's email in their database otherwise it might go to their spam folder.

ANS#2: No, it doesn't require signature if you are sending them email.Yes you are right.

First make sure that you call NVC first and give them beneficiary email address. There wont be any problem copying template. Just make sure that your information is correct. Dont forget to put beneficiary's complete name and case number in subject line.

Once I confirmed that the DS-3032 had been mailed. I think that was Dec 14th. I then emailed NVC using the VJ WiKi template. I received a generic email stating that my email was received. Ten days later I received an email specifically confirming the receipt of my DS-3032 letter. Since I didn't submit the actual letter I assumed this meant they accepted my email as the same. All the best.
