I don't know why the other person (Hank) asks but, some times you are unable to give an accurate assessment of time to complete a visa if you don't know when they started. If you are that paranoid about your time line, then DIY is probably not for you. The time line automatically calculates the averages so they show up in the immigration timelines and processing times etc as a benefit for all. Putting the time line in your signature is cool but I don't think it transfers to the VJ time lines. I guess one could give the average as a response, but most of the OP's asking usually want a closer assessment or a validation of why they are waiting so long.

well the thing is , i saw someone asking a question here and hanks said he dont want to answer the question bcoz he dont have any timeline or country.. that's literally a rude opinion of a person.. that's why i told him dont be a police timeline , some of here is new and ofcourse all they want is one quick answer in their simple question..

I answered his question two ways to cover both stages as I was not sure of where he was in the process, then mentioned completing his timeline to make things easier. Try reading the complete post before acting like my EX.

If the U.S. Embassy Manila requires a DNA test, you won't have to go to Manila to do it. Here's the information you need to get your son's U.S. citizenship: U.S. Embassy Manila link.

It's OK to mention your son in question 18. Also, don't forget to list your son in question 13.

hi i'm kind of confused i'm the mother a US citizen i gave birth to my son here in california but the nurse told me i can't put the father's name bcoz his not present to sign the paternity papers so me and my son are US citizen does he need to bring our son's birth certificate and what else does he need? to prove that his the father? thank u so much for ur reply

THey couldn't possibly expect you to translate such a huge quantity of stuff like emails and chats. Plus, I promise there will be at least one Bisaya speaker at the US Embassy, even if they did read them.

So far I haven't not heard of one single case where they looked or, or read, emails and chats. That is the easiest thing that could be faked, so it's not very strong evidence, and they never seem to even ask for it.

Sorry...Based on your other post, I thought you were a male USC petitioner whose female Filipina fiancée beneficiary gave birth to a child in the Philippines.

Now I realize that you are a female USC petitioner who gave birth to your child in the U.S. I assume that your child is in the U.S. with you. If so, then your you and your fiancé don't have to do anything in regard to DNA or proving the child is his. Also, you don't need to mention the child on the I-129F, question 18. Your child has nothing to do with your fiancé's visa.

By the way, my wife, Chinook, is from the Visayas. She's an Ilongga from Bacolod City. :)

Pictures of us together, mostly they asked my wife questions about me checking how many details she knew about my life, but I was there for the interview so I guess I was the "biggest" evidence...

The consular officer asked Chinook for photos, emails, and chats...and mostly looked at the photos.

However, in most cases, I don't think the consular officers ask for emails and chats.

ive been around here for 3 years and your the only person telling the others to put their timeline.. its their choice not to put their timeline. if they ask something just answer it.. you dont need to input the timeline in every single person here, it sounds your desperate to know their life and you sound like a FBI timeline police.. im just saying dude..

nu uh !! There are others, in the timeline police brigade ;)
