Lets take a look how stupid our Goverment Officials are: What idiot came up with raising/doubling the price of milk which includes all dairy products.. Let him/her step forward for the next election.

I'm no Politician but these are my thoughts:

I don't recall dairy farmers complaining to the point where they would end production. If that happened we would have another "Bail-Out" by the US Goverment and offer another Free Loan. When did a Chevrolet become more important than a gallon of milk. WHEN IT'S TAXED.

Now: Dairy Farmers will see higher profits at first and your shopping habits are going to immediately change.

Then: The Trickle Effect; It takes land, grain, equipment just as it does today. The process of producing milk and dairy products won't change for now.

Then, beef ranchers will see that is more profitable to convert their operation to dairy and watch beef prices "Skyrise". Thats later.

Then: Mothers on Goverment WIC programs and families on Food Stamps should and will get increases to their monthly allowance to substain the costs. The Middle Income Family Hit Again..

Now, the price of grain goes up since farmers want their share as well. Convert Corn to Grain and not for human consumption. Food Prices go up again.

This can On and On about what will happen. It's another Scheme by the US to make a profit somewhere. You as the Consumer are helpless.

I forsee this being stopped but I also see an increase of these prices No-Matter-What.

The Election focused of raising our children wih better education. But, they can't focus on a can of Dog Food as a meal.

Now, my Coffee Mate will double in price as well even though it says Non-Dairy on the label.

Let the market decide! Stop the ______ subsidies. Where do the dollars come from for these subsidies? Tax dollars and new printed money that makes the dollar bill in my wallet worth less. My neighbors, who happen to be big time farmers, get 10's of thousands of dollars handed to them by the federal government every year. I for one am sick of all subsidies. The company I work for gets grant money from the feds every year. Could we survive without it? Maybe, and maybe not. I'm willing to try if everyone else did. What percentage of my dollar is wasted on bureaurocrats before it gets back to the company I work for or the farmer who gets it?
