I called NVC and informed that my case was forwarded to HCHC on November 3rd, 2006.

What's should I do next? Should my fiance just come to the office and filled out package 3 or waited for it?

Please advise. I'm still so excited too bad it 12:25 a.m. over there.

Hello,

I too am waiting for Pkg. 3 to arrive. The Consulate says wait for pkg. 3 to arrive to fiancee by post (depending on date consulate sent pkg. 3) We must wait for 30 days to pass then Fiancee can request another packet be sent or she/he can go to consulate to pickup packet 3. at this point we are both waiting for packet 3 to arrive to our fiancee's

Hope this will help.

Opps... my bad, If the NVC just sent petition to Consulate on November 3, you will have to wait for the petition to arrive at the consulate. Then wait for the consulate to say they've recieved the petition (about 2 month wait) sorry, the the consulate will then send packet 3 to fiancee. then the above information (I just wrote) would apply.

Hang in there...

Do I need NVC case number for the consulate to give me status. If DHL state package received that will be another 2 months before consulate received?
