Is this the correct guideline to look at for the K-1 visa? http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-864p.pdf also anyone that is or has sponsored a spouse from Morocco looking at the percentage do they require 100% or 125%. I am in the process of asking my brother and his wife to co-sponsor and I want to make sure I give them the correct information and forms. I wonder since they are married, will they have to fill out a 134 separately or one for the both of them. I appreciate any information or link to help me find the answer.

Thank you,

H&N

Does your brother and his wife file taxes together? WHoever is the main filer should fill it out for both if they file a joint return.

edit...I just reread the I134 again and they should each fill out the form. But to be sure you may want to email Casa and ask them they will tell you.

The I134 is the correct form and it requires 100% above the poverty level ... Good luck

Is there an email for Casa? My Fiance is living in London as a Student for more than 3 years now so maybe he will have his interview there not sure but there is a chance... I'm not sure if they file together but I guess they will do one separately to be on the safe side.

Someone else can give input but being a student does not give you residency, he will more likely interview in Morocco...
