Filling for I-751 while divorced. But Ex Husband and Step parents wrote a new affidavit for the interview

Hi Everyone

I entered the marriage in faith but we get divorced 8 months after it only .... I had to fill by myself for the 10 years green card .

This morning I just received a notice for the interview .I am super scared that my application will be denied.

We have lots of evidence ( pictures , lease , bank account, medical bills etc...) like everybody else....

My Ex husband is a former military and he write me an affidavit one year ago when I have submitted my application and he will send me a new one for my interview this months.

Does the fact that he was a military counts?

Does the fact that he wrote ma another affidavit counts as well ?

It doesn't count because he was a military at all.

You have to show commingling finances and commune residence. Bring with you joint tax return, joint bank account statements, utilities bills in name of both.
