I (the Beneficiary) (living outside US ) signed and filled out the form DS-3032 should i mail it to my husband adress to send it to NVC or should i send it directly to NVC adress

or may be better to send The email template wich complies with the content of DS-3032 to ....@State.gov ? With this last option there is no signature I'm right? :thumbs:

DS-3032who do you want to be choice of agent, you the petitioner or the beneficiary,she can download the form DS-3032 she has to sign it with case number and address 0f who ever is going to be choice of agentshe can e. mail from her computer,NVCINQUIRY@STATE.GOV--
