If you knew the dog situation up here you would understand. A lot of dog owners up here shouldn't even own dogs...or any living creature for that matter. The dogs run around in a pack breeding and biting. Pit bulls and American bull dogs are the worst offenders up here. Iv'e never had a problem of thinning out the dog population around my house when it gets to the point that my wife has to look around twice before going to her car. .22 ammo is cheap.

Yeah but here is the irony, the insurance co. probably would have not covered the criminal act of murder by a party not on the policy.

Thus far in the media I've read she kept the firearms under lock and key. If you follow liability with say a car, her policy would only cover the situation if she gave the keys to her son or left them out.
