Anyone's GC just arrived with no notification?

My wife and I were told on the 18th that her GC should arrive within 10 day's. That was at a local USCIS office. Since that time we have had no update text's or emails. The national number shows no status updates, nor does the online service.

Should we be concerned?

You should receive an e-mail/case update says "card production" before they send your GC. If you haven't, then maybe they're just being slow because it's holiday season... Did you receive your welcome letter yet? Usually it can take up to 30 days after the letter.

No, we have not received the welcome letter. Nothing since the infopass appointment when they said 10 days until the GC arrives.

My husband received the welcome letter and the letter that the card was in production only days before he received the actual green card. And it took 7 weeks for his GC to appear, At POE they told him 2 weeks, they have no clue.
