Hello Ya'll,

I know I am probably going to be referred to a previous topic, or to a guide. However, I still wanted to ask/verify the final price of the AOS with AP and the work permit.

Also, I wanted to know whether my wife would get a "temporary" resident card or something, while the Permanent Residency status is given to her.

Thank you for your time and help :)

Is it one set amount for adjusting status and the work authorization form I-765 together? or to file the I-765 we would have to pay the additional $380.00 if we want it processed like as soon as we file AOS and don't want to wait til that's approved?

EAD/AP fees are waived when the two forms are filed together with the I-485 <EOM>

Something for Post #1:

When you were reviewing the K-1 flowchart - it was parked in the guides section.

Are you for certain, absolutely sure, that you choose to NOT revisit the guides section just one more time?

Oh nevermind I think i just found my answer

Please note that, if you file Form I-485 to adjust your status as a permanent resident on or after July 30, 2007, no additional fee is required to also file an application for employment authorization on Form I-765 and/or advance parole on Form I-131.

Thank you!!
