Hello everyone, has anone used FilAm immigrations? They do things a bit differently than an immigration attorney so I was curious if anyone had any experience.

Thanks

What type of visa are you considering?

My wife got her greencard last month.

I used Fil Am immigrations from the start.

What they helped me most with was to properly fill in ALL of the forms.

They give suggestions and samples on what to put in the forms, proofread them, and corrected my mistakes. I believe that had I not used them, there would have been delays due to not filling in the forms correctly. It is good to have someone check your work.

Prior to starting the K1 process, I had a free consultation with a lawyer. The lawyer actually told me to mail in every single page of my Yahoo and Skype conversation with my wife. That would have been boxes of printouts. Had I done that, I believe I would have pissed off the person processing our papers. And the lawyer wanted to charge $6000 as a start. Went with FilAm instead and never looked back.

We used the guides on Visajourney and the help from the members and not one issue. Very easy to do, but I do know prople who can't fill out a job application correctly so if your challenged with details, maybe a good idea.

With the help of VJ members and using the guides, we breezed through the process that we prepared ourselves. Visa Interview took a total of 70mins and 1/1/2 work days after our interview, the visa is on issued status. Thank you all for helping us to be together!! God bless you all!
