Military Spouse expedite request based on financial hardship?

Hello fellow VJ'ers this is my first posting. My wife is currently living in the Philippines. I recently filed an expedite through the USCIS military helpdesk for financial hardship (which it truly is). Currently paying for 2 households is draining my pockets. I'm wondering if anyone else has gone through the experience with the military customer service line at USCIS & did it help or hurt your case? Thanks for your responses. Reese

My fiance tried but it din't work. The expedite was denied. he is also military. Seems they only agree to expedite when one gets deployed. Good luck though!

As far as they are concerned you get BAH and all that good stuff. Financial hardship is rarely accepted, and it is even more rare in military cases.

If you were not aware of this you are authorized OHA for your spouses location. I got OHA for myself here in Germany and for my wife in Thailand while we were waiting for our I-130 to get approved so she could join me here.
