well, we waited for a reply from USCIS.. we thought they will approve me before xmas.. but we will bot wait anymore.. we gonna file dcf on feb.. my hubby is coming home.. thanks for asking Darnell.. :thumbs:

CITIZENSHIP: 

Biometrics appointment for 2020-03-27 has been cancelled until further notice as all field offices are closed because of COVID-19.

***NOA dated 12/10/2020 USCIS stated they are able to reuse previous Biometrics***

Interview was easy. My hubby's Oath Ceremony is scheduled for February 25th. I can't watch >sad< but happy he is getting his certificate!

Yer funny. Not funny-ha ha, but funny-strange. Why wasn't it filed in the first part o November, when he was still in the PI? (IE - why you not do what I suggested, when I suggested it? )

Since he's left the PI, he's probably lost his 'continuous duration' for being in the PI, and probably isn't eligible for DCF'd I-130 anymore.

well we learned about dcf when he was in the states already by like end of nov.. we contacted first congress, senator ombudsman and then we realized that there is dcf.. dumb if u think about it but too late.. he still qualifies for dcf.. bills are in his name and the house n lot here.. remember im still in PI and I am the one paying the bills...he is still eligible, he lived here 4 yrs , he just left for only 2 months.. c'mon Darnell give my hubby some credit lol

mine is 9 months, plus additional 2 mos for additional review they said.. we filed in March 2012. so I think i got u beaten all.. lol

Do you have some complications/RFE? Depending on the answer to this question I may still be the first (since I have had no complications or RFEs) or second at 8 months and 5 days!

You'll have to learn a bit more about residency in the PI - what the IV Unit accepts for a USCitizen to be eligible to even file DCF.
