Hi guys !! I have a question. I'm trying to fill the DS156 form and there is a question "have you ever been refused a us visa?"

I have a valid B2 visa but I was granted the visa the second time I applied and the first time I was denied.

I know I have to put Yes on that one but it also asks when? And I'm sure when was it. Any advice???

Thanks guys I found my old passport it was stamped with the date on the last page ;)
